Some of the best ideas I have seen came from people closest to the problem rather than closest to the roadmap.
Building an experimentation mindset means creating an environment where questions are welcomed and assumptions are openly challenged.
The Long-Term Advantage
The real benefit of experimentation is not a single successful test.
It is creating a team that continuously adapts.
Markets change.
Customer expectations evolve.
Competitors emerge.
Teams that rely solely on past successes often struggle to keep up.
Teams that learn continuously remain resilient because they treat change as an opportunity rather than a threat.
